here are my results from my Deca sustanon cycle

My weight went up from 176 to 197LBS

my measurements at the beginning of the cycle

Bicep - 14 inches yeah don't laugh they suck
Forearm - 11 3/4 inches
Calf 15 inches
Thigh - 22.5
chest - 42.5
neck 15

measurements after cycle

Bicep 15 yeah it still sucks
forearm 12.5
calf - 16
thigh 23.5
neck 16
chest 44

so i put on about an inch everywhere, So i'm pretty pleased with the results.

Congrats thats excellent progress and dont worry about the bi's they will come along soon. A good thing to remeber for achieving good thickness in the bi's is to work them indirectly with lots of heavy back work such as barbell rows and weighted pull ups along with some hammer curls to finish the burn.......
