I don't use creatine but from what I've read all brands are pretty much the same so don't go breaking the bank when you buy some. Depending on how much your taking I'd say spread it throughout the day, and post workout. I've also heard, more than once, that the loading phase is unnecessary; just makes you go thru it quicker so you'll buy more sooner.

Just mix your creatine in a protein or MRP shake, as this will work fine. As far as creatine goes stick with the monohydrate and just make sure that somewhere on the label it says creapure.

Well there are a coupla things to keep in mind about creatine. First off, creatine monohydrate is the purest, but that doesnt mean it will work for you nessecarilly. Some peoples stomach pH just don't want to absorb the creatine properly and just end up bloating them and turning it into creatinine. There is now a creatine alpha-ketoglutarate that absorbs into the muscle fibers with MUCH better efficiency. Also, Kre-Alklyn, is a pH balanced creatine with no bloating or loading phase, matches your stomachs pH levels to better absorb into your body. Alotta guys here won't give supplements like creatine much props cause 90 percent of them have no patience and take the easy route with the sauce. But if you research the product and a few trial and errors, you will find great benefits to using creatine properly in conjunction with other supplements.
