Here are some progress pictures of me, Front, Side and Back 5 months of training starting in Jan till May each picture taken the first of every month. No laughing at my hairy body in Jan. I have to shave all the times and it aint fun LOL

I started at 158lbs 12% bf and ended at 191lbs 10% bf Let me know what you all think

Thanks fellas, yeah I am going to do a masters if I find one for June 2006. Ironically my friends say I look younger when I grow a goatee or a beard, go figure?

Man the shaving sucks I got waxed one time but it hurt like hell, I have tried Nair for men and that shit sucks so shving has been my best option if anybody knows a method better than shaving please share!

Thats some nice progression there bud. What were you taking? I dunno if you were saucing or else this thread wouldnt be in here but I'm guessing a bullet-proof diet and some coinage spent at the local GNC.

Tim thanks man, I have taken M1T and 1AD but they really didn't do much for me. For the most part I give credit to diet and sleep. I do spend alot on supps though like Nlarge, creatine, glutamine, whey protien, vitamins and such.

Looks good bro...Very Impressive for a Natty and at your age to improve that much so quickly and drop body fat. you must have been pretty good sized at one point, looks like muscle memory recovery.

TheMDC, I am not sure what you mean by a pretty good size at one point, the biggest I have ever been was 197lbs 8% bf that was last year. I have always been small frame I have a hard time gaining mass, my goal was to reach 200lbs at 8%-10% bf by my 40th birthday, it didn't happen. It is a slow progress but every year I gain roughly 8-10lbs of LBM hopefully I could hit that weight/BF next year by my 42 birthday. (my Bday is in June)

If you wanna safe some money stay away from GNC - waaaaay overpriced. Check out some online stores like www.bodybuilding.com, www.allthewhey.com and some other (look around in our forums). You can buy the same stuff online but much much cheaper. I'm kinda biased but bodybuiliding.com is my favorite - exceptional customer service, very low prices and they ship the same day.

Droors thanks for the props. As a matter of fact I recently posted on this forum regarding that same issue. I am considering taking test Cypionate. I have never done any AS and I think I have reached my genetic potential.

Steve I am going to do the same progress pics when I start my first cycle ever. I am hoping that my progress while on AS is as significant if not more. My main concern is to reach 200lbs with an 8% bf.

Sure my diet consist of tuna fish, chicken breast, pasta, cottage cheese, oatmeal, eggwhites, wholewheat breads, potatoes, yams, fish, redmeats, vegatables, brown rice, fruits, lots of water ,peanut butter

Typical day was like this, but I mix up the meats and fish

7:00 am
6 eggwhites 1 whole egg
2 wholewheat toast dry
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese
Glass of OJ


10:00 AM
Grilled chicken breast
1 baked potatoe
baby carrots
Broccoli
Large water

1:00 pm
Steak
Brown Rice
1 c cottage cheese
Yams
Water

4:00 PM
Tunafish on wholewheat
Peanuts
Banana
Water


7:00pm
1 cup Pasta
Fish
baby Carrots
Broccoli


10:00pm
Peanut butter
Cottage cheese
Yogart
water


I try to eat every 3 - 4 hours

nice , did you use the fat free yougurt, cottage cheese or not, I am planning on cuting stsarting next week, and I want to base my diet on yours I am 5'9
175lb. 18bf , want to get to 10 or 12 bf, what changes would you guys do to the diet if cuting or if I need to replace anything. Thank you

Ohh I never cut cause I don't really bulk, I just eat clean all season long and eat for mass and size, so to honestly answer your question I wouldn't know how I would change it to "cut" so to speak, but yeah the cottage cheese and yogart are fat free.

Also I forgot to add that I took in alot of supplements like creatine, glutamine, Omega 3, Protien, Vitamins etc. I also experimented with Prohormones, I took 1AD and M1T both were fairly good M1T getting the edge on 1AD IMO

Well by the sounds of it your diet is almost spot on. What is the calorie/carb/protien count by the end of the day? By the looks of it it shouldnt take you much to hit 200 lbs. I bet you can do it by eating a bit more of the same specially in the morning. Your gonna freak right the fuck out as far as muscle growth when you hit the juice by the way. Keep it up.

Timbo I never actaully calculated the total, maybe I should start huh? LOL Adding more food is going to kill me I feel so bloated from the foods I eat now. Especially when I drink my shakes (Nlarge, protien, MRP's) but I will give it a go and see what happens.

do you have someone shave your hair or do you get it waxed? My boy looks like choobaaka and I told him to get it waxed. I look like a shaved gerbil naturally. lol I'm lucky

Zoroo yes I did lose bodyfat. Do I do cardio? Hmm well I run on the threadmill for 15 minutes before every workout but I just do that to get my blood flowing and to be properly warmed up especially when I am going to do squats. I guess you can consider that some form of cardio, but full blown cardio no. Do I think you could lose bf by just eating properly and not doing cardio? Yes of course but the cardio would speed the process.

NoMa I have shaved, waxed and ued NAIR. Waxing is the best but it hurts, NAIR leaves your skin very smooth and your hair gets softer and softer with each application, but it is messy/smelly and time consuming. Shaving is the easiest and fastest.
