my right should seems to reach failure real quick and acts like its trying to pop out of place, anyone know what would cause this? just started back at the gym and my guess was that maybe its not strong enough yet or something. doesnt really hurt just stops me from being able to lift anything

I'm not sure what your asking here. But it sounds like we're dealing with an old injury? Not sure. I'd like to have a little more info before I give any advice on anything like that bro.

on exactly what exercises?? and like marty said, do you have any previous injuries?? and are you lifting heavy, or moderate when it locks or fails??

you may want to see a chiropractor soon. check to see if your insurance can cover it. if so, get in there to check it out.

i went to one today he was saying it was the smaller back shoulder muscle that was weak probably from an injury of some sort. he gave me a theraband thing i stick in the door to strengthen it and suggest that i dont so side lateral raises, said i should bend my elbows at more of a 90 and do em that way.

I was getting to that, hence the reason I asked what exercises you do, I cant do laterla raises either and have a weak side also
