just curious as to how everyone gets rid of all their garbage after each shot.
personally i rip the stick off the amp, tear that into little pieces. crush the amp into little pieces and throw it away.
separate the needle and wrap that up in a paper towel after i wash it off with water. wrap the syringe up after i was that off too.
i throw it in with all the other garbage that goes out to be recycled.

any ideas, suggestions or stories of how you guys get rid of your shit.

I bring it all to the gym and find the guy who yells really loud when he's benching 90 pounds and spends the rest of the time walking around with air lats talking on his cell phone. I put the stuff in his gym bag and call the cops.

i just put everything into an empty coke can and then squeezed it and threw it in the trash. seemed to work well for me.

Get a sharps container, or make your own. I know you all have empty protein jugs sitting around. Use those. Make sure it's a thick plastic that can't be easily pierced by the needle. Fill those up with your trash, then wrap that shit in plenty of duct tape so that the lid won't come off.

Bump that's what I do. Protein containers, coffee containers, even gallon milk jugs. When they're full I duct tape the lid and write "used insulin syringes" on the outside. I don't worry too much about the amps. Maybe I should, but I don't.

thanks guys this was pretty good advice, im going to do that for my next go around.
i was just asking this because i recently learned that its not illegal for anyone to look through your trash as long as its on the street, and the best time to put the trash out is in the morning right before the garbagemen pick it up.
i also read in the book legal muscle about a case that the cops went through a guys trash for 5 weeks and collected enough evidence to get a search warrant from a judge to search a guys house
