Hey Guys!
After my football season is over I have time to start doing some serious weights, and I've been reading everyone else's routines and seeing what is the best. However, Im really struggling to make one.
If anyone could help me make one I'd be very grateful!

There's mine, but I wouldn't recommend pulling a carbon copy. You can leach exercises, but I wouldn't leach the routine. You have to find the exercises that work for you.

Well would anyone be willing to help me put one together?
I'm only 17 years old so I have absolutely no idea how to personalise one for myself.
Though I would like to concertrate on my upper body, becuase thanks to being a rower I've been able to build my legs up pretty well.

hey bro I dont know how big you are, what your bf% is, or how much dedication you have. but this routine helped me out a great deal, take from it what you can. if you want to copy it im sure that you coming from football should be ready for it. Ive gone from 110 to 180 with it and am trading it in for a new one soon, hopefuly it will help. try it out and tell me how you like it.

Decide how many days you want to work out a week, work every bodypart out once a week, and build your training days around compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press and military presses. Its pretty easy to find example routines here and on the internet but you really want to focus on doing the best exercises possible.
