I was sure this was total BS but I was wrong. I'm typing this while getting the best damn ab workout I've had in years!!! I can't believe it! I had some extra cash in my paypal account so I went on ebay and picked up one of the Slendertone Flex Ab Training Belts. They are the ones that use electric currents to cause the abs to contract. Holy shit does it work. I'm using level 40 out of 99 right now and they are working like muther fackers. You guys have to try this. You can get an entire ab workout in while sitting at your desk working!!!!

I am blown away by this. You have got to try it. I'm part owner in a gym so I just called the belt company and talked with them about sending out a dealer kit to my club. They said they have all kinds of training equipment like this that is specially desiged for athletes. I can't wait to see it all.

Seriously...try it. You'll love it.

Now I have an automated vacuum that sweeps the house by itself while my abs are working out by themselves! LOL Too sweet!

Knowing T-Bar as a crazy mofo -- I don't know if I'd be suprised if you actually are serious, or if you're a sarcastic bumbaclot like usual.

I think I'll open up a new gym called LAZY T-BARS ELECTRIFYING WORKOUTS.

Just think of the money I'd save on equipment! Just hook em up and zap em! I can't tell you how many clients I wished I could have zapped back when I used to train people.

I totally agree about the past belts. I've tried all the stuff because clients are always asking. I get it just to show them that it's crap. This time I was surprised. That's the first time in 20 years that I've seen a decent product other then hard work.

I do have to say that you couldn't be a fat slob and have this work. There's no way the current could work well through a load of fat. I think for the average guy, or the above average guy this would be great. If I were getting ready for a show I would go nuts for this.

Too bad they are marketing this to the general public. It won't do shit for them. (sorry Doug)

my wife brought one of those electric belts home from a yard sale one time, and i found that if you put it on your neck it give a nice massage and relaxed the neck muscles, it was also good to torment the kids with...lol

This is nothing like the belts they used to have out there. There's a reason you can't find those others anymore. Two reasons actually. One, they didn't do shit. Two, they were illegal and had to be pulled from the market.

This one cost me just over a hundred bucks if I remember correctly.

If this works why don't they make belts/straps for every muscle. OH shit I just gave away the best idea I've had since 6 minute abs, damn loud mouth I am.

That's exactly what I thought! So I called the company to have a talk with them. They were thrilled to talk with someone who knew their stuff. Turns out they have an entire range of training equipment for all muscles and strictly for athletes. I'm having them ship me a package on everything as well as a price list for buying them wholesale.

By the way my abs are sore as hell today! I can't wait to see what the rest of their shit is like. I may never have to lift a weight again! Could you imagine if you could get massive by mixing this with gear? LOL that would be too great although I'd miss the feeling.

So basically it's an E.M.S. machine only just for the abs. I got this sweet E.M.S. machine when I broke my wrist since I couldn't do upper body. Used it every day and didn't loose any strenght or size anywhere. They definitely work for toning and maintaining.

LOL wouldn't that be some shit. Although all the training videos the pros make would be hella boring. Can you imagine, buying a video, popping it in the dvd player, only to see some big mofo sitting there with belts and straps all over the place lol. On the real T-Bar, keep us updated about their other products. I'd be interested if they made something for calves.

Hmmm... I'm intrigued. I must say though the thought of using and especially buying an ab belt is alien and remote to me. Kinda like writing with the opposite hand.
