Anyone heard that vitamin B6 is good for your liver. Never heard that before, was reading up on liver fuctions and came across it many times.
I get my blood done every 6 months and for that last 1 1/2 my liver tests have been high. Sometimes through the roof and other times just over. One doctor told me because of my size I am carrying more fat in my liver then the norm and that will raise it.
I have been off for months and just had it tested and its still high. Any ideas what I should take other then the normal things MT and cran.
