Ok, The fire happened back in October. Pre- kitchen. Due to the house being un-occupied I am still in a fight with the insurance company to get more funds. Looks like a long battle, But I have nothing but time with these ass bags.

Amazing how they get excited at due dates for premium's, but when it comes time for payout.......well "that will be a while"
