I've always loved the time released multi from anabolical.com, but just checked their website and it looks like they went under so I'm in need of a new brand. What do you use?

actually no. i'm explaining this because i'm not sure if you are joking. the ultra mega is for anybody. it's prime for people in their teens to late 30's. the mega mens are for men in their late 30's and up because it focuses on their prostrate. the vitapacks are for older men. those would be like the dhea vitapack, etc. the reason why i am not using the ultra mega with iron is because i am a male and males do not menstrate. therefore, i'm not losing iron or blood frequently. thus, i have no need for an iron supplementation.

I supplement the same multi-vitamins my family does, called Centrum. Made for the typical Joe, but I just supplement two as opposed to the instructed one.

just buy something cheap. Multi's arent some crazy science experiment where one is so much better than the other. I just go with whatever it most cost effective.
