While i was in georgia (15 days) my parents switched hotels on my and I wasnt able to workout or get to a gym. Cardio and any excersises that didnt involve any kind of weights; push ups etc. It really seems like I have lost alot of strength, not so much size but strength. is this normal, how much should I expect to lose? just really caught me off gaurd and finally decided to make a post about it lol. thanks for any advice.

my strength seems to go down pretty quick if i take time off from weights. but it comes back extremely fast.

Exactly, it's very normal. Majority of it is physiological as well. Don't sweat it, it takes two weeks to lose strength, and two weeks to get it all back.
