You pull conventional? I get pinched all the time, from my belt digging into my pelvis. You'll get used to it.

If you don't, then you might just wanna try a course of Monistat-7 and see if that clears it up. :)

Well, conventional is just the regular dead lift. Legs together, and your arms outside of your legs.

You should probably be using a belt. You don't need it all the time, but for your heavy sets and PR attempts, it's probably a good idea.

I'd recommend the single-prong 10mm from Inzer. It will last for several years.

thanks bro, now what exactly does this belt do? just give extra support to your back? And damn 58 bucks is kind of pricey for my type of budget (school money), is this a must or just a "you should but dont have to" type thing?

Hey man, I think $58 ain't bad for a solid belt that provides good support and will last for years. Not only does a good belt provide back support, but it helps stabilize your core under heavy loads.

Whether or not it's worth the money for you, I don't know. Everyone has different budgetary restrictions.

I'm just offering up my opinion.
