ok...if it is you...for your bodyweight, that is good that you can lift that much weight. although, dude, the form is really bad. i mean, please don't take this the wrong way, how are you not in pain? i was in pain from watching that. powerlifting is impressive when the form is somewhat good. the thing is...when the form is bad, i shake my head.

what i'm trying to say, if it is you, is that i am worried for you. you are a good bro on this board, and i just hope you don't shatter a vertebrae from the form that i saw. i would rather see you lift 100 lbs lighter, not win, have good form, and stay safe.

now...if it isn't you...i hope that person will stay lucky and stay away from injury.

When I was 145Lb's I was squatting 325, and deadlifting 375 -- might I add, "properly". So, I'm not all too impressed with the idiot.

Here in the states the word "squat" actually refers to placing a bar on your back and squatting down in order to build muscle mass. It isn't Canadian for taking a dump. Still...shiting almost three times your body weight is quite impressive. Nice work.

Not me, I was a skinny fat guy that didn't do shit. Although I do preach proper form all day long. the old adage, It's not how much you life but how you lift it. Those guys can have that heavy stupid shit with back and joint problems. I'm fallin apart as it is.
