I just try and stay focused on me and keep doing my thing. Music does always seem to help. Oddly enough, i seem to always shave my head when i have a bad one and use it as a marker to how much time has passed. Don't really know why but whenever anything big happens I always seem to fell like it's a clean start for me. Weird, I know but that's just what I do. Ha!Ha! A rapper...who would have thought!?! Anyway, I ususally just listen to some old type music...Lenny Williams, Teddy, after that I hit the gym harder than ever for a few weeks. By then I am usually over it. It just depends on how bad the breakup was or how serious the relationship was...

We all do it in different ways ya know and I have been through a bad one just a few months ago and it looks like another is going to be happening with the same girl so I am getting my mind really prepared ya know because this time is the last time this will happen. Things are good to a certain point but I know deep down she just isnt the one. We were dating for 3-4 years so its always hard but now I have to start thinking about making myself happy first then someone else.

I feel ya T. I'm a bit worse off from you though. I'm only 26 and my ex-fiancee and I have been split up for a couple of years and I wouldn't wish her on my worst enemy yet I still have a special place for her in my heart, I'll never forget her and I'd easily take someone's life if they hurt her; but I don't want her. If that makes any sense. I almost feel obligated to protect her(her father passed away two years ago). Some things just can't be explained and relationships definitely fall into that category.
