Hey Bros,
I am 42, 5'7, 162lbs, 16% BF.
I have done 8-10 Cycles , with good, consistent gains. Most of my cycles were Test 300-400 mg/ Deca 200-300mg , and assorted orals...
I am ready for my next cycle, and want to kick it up a notch.
Considering BL 600mg kot/BL Deca 350mg for 12 -14 weeks.
BL Dbol 50 mg ed weeks 3-7
BL Arimidex .25 eod for length of cycle
I have Winnys and Anavar left over from last cycle for the last 4 - 5 weeks of cycle. 50 mg Winny ed, 30 mg Anavar ed.
How does this look?

Well I'd do the D-Bol the first 4 wks save the others for the next cycle.
Now lets talk about something else! HOW can you run 8-10 cycles and still only weight 165lbs? If this is true your doing something VERY wrong. You should definatly be over 200lbs by now. If not 215lbs.
I'm 5'6" and weighted 160lbd when I started now 3 cycle later i'm 185lbs of permenant gains. And my next and last cycle will have me over 200lbs.
So you need to look at what your doing and change some things up BIG TIME!

I kinda agree with Doug. Unless you started out with 130 lbs, there is something wrong with your diet. What is your daily caloric intake? Protein intake?

No not 130lbs 100lbs. With 8-10 cycle he should be pretty much a house at this point.

I was 135lbs when I did my first cycle.
The first 3 were orals only - Winny Proviron, Primobolan, I also did some of RC's paper product. I was just testing the water at that time.
The rest of the cycles I can honestly say I wasn't taking in anywhere near as much calories or protein as I should have been. I was more interested in Strength gains than really bulking up.
Do you really think that 20- 25 lbs of real muscle (that you keep) is realistic with every cycle?
My initial concern with the first thread is am I taking in too much gear for my size?

Not at all My first cycle was 400mg test 300mg Deca and I put on 27lbs.
So yes get your diet right before you start. Actully start eatting for mass like a month before you start then you will really see some nice gains.

Not with every buling cycle as with time your body will need more and more gear and some other factors will affect it too, but you can expect to keep 10+ lbs if you do it right.

Sorry I miss under stood. No 20-25 keepable lbs NO. But if your diets right you should be able to put on over 20lbs and keep 10-12lbs. Now if you did this with your last 8-10 cycles you,d be 350lbs. :)

Bumpin' everyones advice. I also ran the same cycle as Doug for my first cycle about 2 yrs ago and I grew like a friggin' weed....it was sick. If I was in your shoes man I'd eat everything under the sun.....lots of high calorie shit too....burgers--burritos----anything to boost up the calories and make sure each meal also has the protein you'd need. Make sure you have protein shakes on hand all the time....bring them to work...whatever it takes.
I always have at least one tub at work because its hard...if not almost impossible to get the protein in on a daily basis that you need. Good luck bro.
