I heard from a very reliable source close to the company, that they have been experiencing some backlogs and such with emails and orders, but everything should be ironed out in the next day, no more than two. all emails should have been answered, or will be within the next day or two.

they've also been working on some changes to the company that will help things move along a lot smoother and more productive, which will help everyone out!

also remember, that they cannot/will not respond to emails from a ziplip acct.

they also wished to thank everyone for their patience in allowing this new company to grow and be the best there is!



personally, I think the little glitches they experience are examples of a great company that is desperately working to keep supply level with demand, but demand is growing at such a rate, they cant really keep up. (hence why they're working on some restructuring of things). why grow? why is demand so high? because of the quality of the product obviously. if the product was bad, we all know that word would get out and customers would shop elsewhere. as always, simple economics.

Glad to hear that you guys have some good news about BL. It has only been 2 weeks since my transfer, and I do understand that some problems may arise. But everyone seemed to be getting worried, so therefore, I was getting worried. My only biggest concern was with the emails. Everything was fine till the transfer, but, and I have admitted this to BL, that I didn't send my address with the transfer number, but I did send him an email with my address asking him to let me know when he received it, that was a week ago. My main concern was if he was even getting my emails, then all these people start expressing their worries, and so forth.

So, I just want to say thanks to you guys for bringing my spirits up again.

My brothers some of us remember before BL when you sent funds and got your gear months later, so if we do not get real excited we have just been around too long to be worried about a month or a few weeks.

Big bump for BL. I just wish they did Western Union, Money Gram or Pay Pal. Personaly I do not like Evocash. They are too damn slow and suck big time. Hell, you loose 2-3 days just sending them the money. Come on people. Something is up with this. However BL does have some good damn products. I just hate the money transfer shit with Evocash. And guys this is just my :cents No offence to anyone.

So what's up BL? Why is Evocash the only form of payment you accept? Especially when it can be so much eaisier and faster.

My order has been in limbo for about 6 weeks. Worried? Not. Convinced I had been scammed? Yep.

Glad to have some kind of reasurance.

I did a search under BL and found no history of delays so I figured I must have gotten my wires crossed with someone else.

We at BL respect RC and his line. However, BL is BL and there is no substitute.

We have NEVER and will NEVER scam anyone. Someone has waited 6 weeks??????? If that is true and I am not saying that it is not possible, PLEASE contact me immediately. That is NOT acceptable and if it true, you will be well compensated! You have that in writing (publically)!

Plain and simple, what happened is that we HAD to leave. A few of the BL team members (from 3 different countries mind you) HAD to meet to discuss the direction of the company and some of the amazing offers that have been made to us.

What I can tell everyone from our meeting is that what we have in store for our customers will be nothing short of amazing and mind boggling. We WILL carry every single product a person needs to reach their goals.

As many know, we are not the same company that we were. Has everything been perfect in the customer service department? NO! Was that a main topic of discussion at our meeting? YES!!! Over the next few months we will be making more changes than we started almost 5 years ago. Within the next few months our customer service will be the best in the business once again, no exceptions. Our product line 6 months from now will be unsurpassed.

Why do we only accept Evocash? A few days of waiting are much better than a few years in prison. It is more to protect our customers than ourselves. Where we're from it's legal. :)

No matter how many times I/we tell those who think that things should be delivered as soon as they send funds, they still PM us and more.

You have proven to be a real friend and like has been said way too many forget what the old days were like as far as waiting.

As far as Evo I now use it for other business and have no problems with it. WU has had their computers hacked in Mexico several times in the last year. One reason why I no longer can use them. If someone has the name sent to and question then you lose everything!

This is why I support BL and the team.

Nothing in this world is perfect, never will be. For a manufacturer of good that is not legal everywhere to step up and say the things that they say over and over, and deliver is incredible to me. They constantly ask for input on new goods to add to the line, and that is virtually unheard of in this industry.

Oh well, enough from my piehole.....

Just to update everyone, Muslhound did NOT order from us.

RC is one of the best in the business and that's coming from us. Better than us? I wouldn't go that far. ;) I would not hesitate to work with him in the future.

How can you be worried about your order when Black Label looked into this and you didnt even order from BL? If you ordered BL products from another distributer(supplier) you need to take that up with them, not with BL

We completely understand your concern Muslhound. You work hard to earn your money and you are willing to use our products... we do NOT take that lightly.

We take ALL of our customers very seriously. We have not nor will we ever scam anyone. We have been in this business for 5 years and do not plan on going anywhere. If we did not do something right, we would not be around. When the people speak, we DO listen. However, in this business it may take several months to get something done. It's not because of us but because of how things must be done.

We have always and will always put our customers first!

To be able to read that BL has apologized about delays, and guarantees on possibly providing the best services and products around is reassuring at least. My only question to my wait was if I had possibly gotten a bogus address and got scammed. I HAD NEVER seen BL post on here, nor did I think that any supp. would. Once BL posted on here and stated that he had been out of town, I felt better. Had I known he would be gone and some delays might would be taking place, I would have waited or ordered earlier. I APOLOGIZE to BL and all the other Freakz out there. I don't post much on here so it does look like I just joined, but I have been reading and researching for well more than a year on here as well as SE, maybe even 2 or 3 years. And I don't plan on going anywhere.

Extremely busy and revamping business to say the least......did you take the time to read this thread? It may take longer than normal to get your stuff, and as far as emails, can you imagine how many emails that guy gets in a day? And it says in his product list email that he only responds after you order if there is something wrong. To me that means......no response, good to go. Just be patient bro, he WILL come through.

NO DUDE, I JUST CAME TO THE LAST PAGE AND POSTED MY COMPLAINT, of course i read it. No shit they are behind. They emaild me on the 14th saying it would go out in a couple days, and still here now the 29th its not here, and im leaving to go out of town for almost 2 weeks, and if my pack doesnt get here soon, im screwed. Im well aware of the "issues"they are having, and i keep emailing them telling them i have to get my order before i leave.

Lesson to everyone, I order my shit months and months ahead, waiting till the last month or so and you have not clue as to what you are doing. A wise person would plan ahead. Again you will get no sympathy from some of us as I remember as many do waiting months for gear, and sometimes all that came was a notice from customs.....

Be realistic folks, BL is trying, not scamming...way too many folks have ordered and got great service, and some have gotten a little slower service, and some have gotten slow service due to things and then BL stepped up and did something special for them. Nuff said, try getting something like that from someone else.....

In the future, order your shit a few months out!!

I total agree with you slammer. If I would have known then what I know now I would have ordered sooner. I am new to this and trusted the supplers word that MOST orders make it in 12-14 working days.

Shit does happen and when it does it happens to me.

I trust I will get my stuff but it has been with a fair amount of frustration as Im sure most of you vets have felt.

BL products are the only thing going in my ass regaurdless of wait.

I never said a word about BL scamming me, i have ordered from them before and had great dealings with them, awesome products, awesome communications, great shipping/ta time, everything. However i must say the only reason i am upset is I was told it would go out, and it hasnt. I dont like being told something and counting on someones word and then finding out it wasnt true. The reason i am panicking is I dont really have someone to check my mail for me while im gone, so u can see the concern about having a big pack of gear in my box or on my porch for 2 weeks-in fact theres NOONE HERE that wouldnt be worrying about this, and im not sure if the banning comment was made at me or not, but if it was thats pretty stupid as I should be able to express my opinions and concerns on this board. If it wasnt directed at me fine. So far I love BL products and do not plan on using any other company-EVER. I am very happy with all of their stuff, I just dont need to be worrying whats up with my pack while im gone for 2 weeks.....plus im excited to see my new goodies. =+)

If it's this close to you leaving why don't you just ask BL to hold up on shipping? I'm sure they would be more than happy to accomidate you after such a long wait.

I have my reasons, the planning of my cycle didnt go how it was supposed to, so I need it to be here for as soon as i get back. I thought ordering it more than a month in advance would get it here in time (last order took only 2weeks for everything).

i had placed my order on feb 9th with BL and havent recieved yet, i have been emailing him for the past week and finally got a response . the response stated that their was a death in their "family" and also about their revamping. all bro's should take this in stride and ride it out. i have placed orders with other people and have waited months . even though my order is approaching one month in duaration, i do not worry ONLY because BL posts on this forum which should make everyone feel secure. i ordered my stuff well in advance of me having to take it , in lieu of my last supplier taking a long time, AND WHEN BL SAYS HE WILL COMPENSATE YOU, YOU ARE DAMN SURE HE WILL , i am speaking from experience here.im just glad he sent an email expalining himself and the unusal wait period, but he will come through
