well and way, ww aer plaing to move to fla in may and i wanted to get her int he possition to down about a REAL 20-30 pounds.. let me try and find some pics....

She needs to focus on getting her thyroid properly adjusted. It can be a serious condition. Once her thyroid levels are back to normal through drug therapy, her weight should come back off with a little exercise and proper diet.

Just don't rush her man, it's gonna take some time to lose that weight. And also, learn to type better. :)

Actually I agree with Future and the others, what you did was not appropriate. I don't think that your lady friend would appreciate you coming down here and posting her pictures and raving her being overweight. However, I just hope it was an honest mistake on your part and you are really concerned with her well-being.
Before you start anything consult a physician because thyroid is a serious problem: like if you overdose on T3 it will hunt you to the rest of your life. Some things like thyroid deficiency is very hard to deal with. Don't do anything stupid, go talk to a professional.
