oh my god, I haven't been this sore in a long time! I really don't know what i was thinking. hopefully tomarrow I can bend my arm again.

I got so used to the pain with biceps,delts and pectorals I never thought 1 ml of testosterone enthanate would hurt this bad.

so anyway I got to thinking, what causes us to stop feeling the pain from our injections anyway? why do we get used to it after a while? whats going on inside the muscle that causes it to not feel the pain anymore?

man its really swolen today. im getting worried.

is it red or hot to the touch? If so if could be an infection.

little warm maybe, not really hot, but yes its red. and the weird thing is that the swolen part is not where I injected, but lower.

sounds like you might have nicked a vain.
Tricep injections are typically minimal pain, similar to delts. Bicep and calve injections however, usually cause A LOT of soreness.

Have a pic of the tri, which part did you inject it?

the swelling has gone down overnite, still a little sore, but its feeling a lot better.

Outer triceps give me pain, but behind the arm I rarely feel shit.

damn I thought is was better then I worked out and it got swolen again.

the injection was in the upper head, sometimes refered to as the horse shoe. but the swelling is more toward the elbow. the swelling is not hard, its more soft squishy and puffy

take some anti infammatories and also piriton, sometimes anti histemines help big time

i have had this issue from time to time , and i sleep with a heating pad and it seems to go away in about a week or so..no worries dude

i had the same thing first time i did one there i did as squatmadenglishman said and it helpped alot.

ya, its infected. I had to go to the urgent care unit and get some antibiotics.


I told the doc strait, I injected testosterone. she was cool about it, no lecture at all. I was very impressed. all she was concern with was getting me better.
