Yep, as nitro said.

Let me break it down for you in a very complicated way... but this will hopefully help you understand for the future on how to calculate dosages.

ml (mililiter) and cc (cubic centimeter) are volume measurements.
mg and mcg are weight measurements.
iu (international units) is a strength measurement, or effect measurement. For each substance to which this unit applies, there is an international agreement specifying the biological effect expected with a dose of 1 IU.

1000 mcg (microgram) = 1 mg (milligram)
1000 mg (milligram) = 1 g (gram)
1000 g (gram) = 1 kg (kilogram)
1000 ml (milliliter) = 1 liter
1ml (water) = 1cc (water)
1ml (oil) ~ 1cc (oil) (~ denotes approximately equal to)

with that understood...

your 2mg of hgh mixed with 2ml of water gives you 2ml of usable hgh.
The total is still 2mg, or 2000mcg of constituted GH.

You want 100mcg, so how many times does 100mcg go into 2000mcg? 20 times. (meaning you have 20 doses available.)

And we said that the 2000mcg = 2ml of fluid. So we need to divide the 2ml of fluid by 20. This gives us .10ml per 100mcg.

How do we get 20 doses from the insulin syringe?

Your insulin pins, as you said, are .5ml. using the calculations above, we know that .5ml is ~ .5cc. (~ means approximately equal to.) There are 5 lines on your insulin syringe. So we know that each line (10) is .1cc.

.1cc (10 on your insulin syringe) = 100mcg.

... but of course, it's much easier to just let nitro do the math for you. :)
