I'm on the 4th week of my 12 week cycle of Decabol 250 with Andropen 275 all going into my legs 2m of each a week and 4 weeks before the end I'll start the Mastabol 100. I'm 31years old 6ft tall 16st 2pounds im taking Met-rx supreme whey protein 2shakes on traing days 1 on off days, i'm eating correctly fish,beef chicken all grilled, not guna go to deeply in to it, thing is i dont seem to be growing or getting any stregth gains infact the only things I have noticed is my body fat seems to be dropping and I'm tryin to jump anything!!!
What i was wondering would it help injecting into my shoulders?
Or if you peeps have any idea's please tell!

MARTYUSA 06-10-2008, 05:41 PM I've done site injections and did not see any difference in growth other than the muscle filling up from the oil I was injecting. A false sense if you will.
To get you muscles to grow, you will need to shock the muscle into growth. Change up your routine, i.e. weight, method, reps or just different exercises. Change it up.
I would suggest adding some more good calories to the regime. Read a bit about food and what does what when so you know what to eat when you are supposed to eat it. i.e what will give me the insulin spike I am looking for, what will help with recovery while I am sleeping etc. etc.
I am a huge advocate of Glutamine and increasing to aid in recovery and natural GH release. Although it is considered a non-essential amino acid, it is the most abundant in the body. As BBr's or PLrs we need more Glutamine or we will lose mass as out bodies try to feed of of itself to survive.
I am going through some serious PT right now in an attempt to avoid a spinal fusion. I'm 5'10" @ 205 and am consuming 20 grams broken up into 4 serving throughout the day. I just mix it with some Orange Juice or Cranberry juice and shoot her down. For me, it works great.
Some people will feel just as strongly about Creatine. I am not a big fan of creatine as it makes me retain water and just doesn't seem to work for me. The added water increases my BP and I feel very bloated, not to mention the added strain on the organs. So I stay away from it.
Other will chime in with what works for them and then you will have to play with it until you figure out what works for you. But the spot inject will do nothing for size IMO.

The thing I'm having a problem with, is you didn't state your goals except for advice about spot injections into your shoulders. For this, the answer is yes when injecting enough into each once ew for the cycle. This is only caused by inflammation, and you'll lose it soon after cycle. The site injections are not enough to cause permanent fascia growth. Only hard training will do this.
What are your goals, diet and cycle experience??

fishtownflexin 06-15-2008, 09:03 AM Also the fact that your using Deca which is a long acting ester and a sust blend which has both long and short acting esters. Personally I would have gone with 2 injections a week also would have just stayed with a deca/ either test enan or test cyp. for the cycle. I just feel that sust has to be taken more like 2 to 3 times a week and for someone new they should use a test compound like enan or cyp.
It comes down to the food that your eating as well. For me I know I cant put any weight on in the summer due to the the heat" it kills my appitite", also due to me sweating so damn much with my job I know I am burning calories bigtime.

Snakey 06-19-2008, 05:32 PM Hi right my goals are not to get cut up as I know that wont ever happen, lol but to get alot more bulk and strength, like I said i'm doing 2 ml of decca and 2ml of test ive now started doing 4 injections 1 in each leg 1 in each arm a week instead of all 4ml in one leg at once! Ive now started to notice strength gains as ive been hammering my protein. As for my diet 1 day i'll eat a bowl of oats for breakfast 2chicken breasts and brown rice for lunch and steak and grilled or steamed veg for dinner plus a 2 protein shakes 1 during the day and one after the gym plus my creatine. As for the cycle its every monday, didnt know whether to do the 4 injection through out the week to see if this would help?

two_slug 07-02-2008, 11:44 PM I know I'm getting back on this late, but split your injections up twice ew.....ie...Mon and Thur... Just two cc at a time. One cc of test and one of deca.
This will will cause more stable blood/hormone levels. Especially, if your still running Andropen as your test.
Also, mix one cc of test and a cc of deca into the same syringe. The deca is a milder anabolic and will take some of the pain out of the test. This will give you a two cc's in the syringe to inject. If you do this twice ew, you should be fine. Also, you'll be able to stick strictly to your quads, because you'll only be injecting each one ew.
