i just got my pct and i am going to take liquid nolva...I was just wondering how much to take. there arent any measurements on the dropper so im not really sure. anyone ever take the liquid? thanks

just use a syringe - without the needle - it will say on the bottle what the mg/mil is - so draw it up with the syringe - put in mouth and swallow....

week 2 40 mg ed
week 3 20mg ed

you can adjust the dosages as you see fit - I always did 40/30/20

I would use 40,40.20. The tabs are usually 20mg and that is why I did it that way. I dont like cutting the pills in half

im not using tabs...i think im gonna start with 40 then pyramid...thanks guys!
