Im currently offseason 5' 9" 243lbs but compete as a LH around 195-198lbs!
Gonna hit up the NAC and/or Nationals in 08, then its time off until I can compete at that level as a HW properly!

Drol has never suited me personally, it makes me ill & makes it hard to get my calories down! My boys eat drol like its skittles but it doesnt like me!

im being extra cautious w/ this cycle bc after the LA Championship, I had my first bout w/ gyno & it was a fucking nightmare! I'll probably adjust the nolva + dex accordingly, but I gotta play it safe, no boobies for this cat!

Just adding my $.02 here, but before I started my current cycle, I did research on the best way to take Arimidex. By this I mean, is it more effective with Nolva, with Proviron, or by itself. I read a couple research posts after Googling around and found that taking Nolva with Arimidex actually reduced the overall effects of the Arimidex and it is better off taken on its own. I had gyno surgery on both sides this past March and trust me in that I never want to get it again. I'm taking 750mg of Test and 400mg of EQ right now, with 1/2mg of Arimidex everyday and have zero nipple soreness and I am sensitive to estrogen. In a nutshell, I would forget the Nolva until your PCT. Hope this helps . . . read this article and you'll see this quote near the bottom: "Co-administration of anastrozole 1 mg with tamoxifen 20 mg resulted in an estimated 27% decrease in anastrozole levels." Nolvadex reduces the effectiveness of Arimidex by a little more than 25%!" And this is from AstraZenica's website and their own trials on their own products!

Nice info, thats fair enough! Im not doubting this by any means, but imo nolva & dex have seperate roles to play & combining them both will accomplish the task if one wasnt pulling its own weight! Im looking at it like this, The dex will seak & destroy & the nolva is just a shield for anything left!.jmo..

Well, I think you'd be better off taking Dex by itseld. According to Anabolics 2007, Dex eliminated approximately 80% of estrogen. Nolva lowers any Dex taken by 27%. With that said, 27% of 80% is 21.6%, therefore Dex will only theoretically be able to eliminate 58.40% of estrogen! I do not think that Nolva will be able to make up the 21.6% difference or even achieve anything higher than that to make the overall effectiveness more than Dex's 80% effectiveness by itself. That was not the first place I have seen negative feedback by running the two together. If you want to run Nolva with something, then I would suggest Proviron . . . which still will not be as effective as Dex alone, but your cholesterol levels will be better off. If you are stressing about gyno, as I am, then just run the Dex alone. Again, just my $0.02.

I'm running Dex at 1/2mg ED with 750mg of Test and 400mg of EQ EW. I'm 5 weeks into it now and have gained 13 lbs so far and my strength has gone up quite a bit as well. I also ran TBol during my 1st 4 weeks. If I was not taking Dex, I might have gained more as of yet, but it would be more watery. I'm extremely happy with my 13 lbs so far, I'm not watery, I look leaner than before, so I look even bigger than just 13 lbs heavier. People are different, but I eat a lot, eat clean, train hard, get plenty of sleep, etc. I do not think the gain hindering associated with Dex is as bad as people think. I don't like being all bloated anway.

I used femera on last cycle ..scared of getting gyno. Killed my gains. I had joint pains everywhere. It totally ruined my cycle. I was using more then reccomended. But just keep it at the most of eod. Alot of people use it e3d.
