View Full Version : Help getting bodyfat down.

Alright guys, my next cycle is going to be Mast, Var and Eq. (yes, I know there is no test, but I am doing this on a trial basis and so that I may run it for 16 weeks). I won't even consider running such a cycle(because it would be useless with these compounds) unless I can get down to 8-9% bf. I'm between 10-11 right now. I KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that my diet and cardio MUST be on point and strict to get so low, but I am curious if an ECA stack and T3 alone will help until I start my next cycle.

losing 1-2% bf at the range you are in now can be done with just diet along bro. no need to use roids if thats your goal save the roids and just cutt up from diet and a cardio work out, when you want to go from 8-9% to 6-7% then a person would use the roids, to keep from losing muscle mass from cutting cals so low. have fun and get your diet and cardio in order.

I'm wanting to use the t3 while NOT ON cycle....I want to use it with my routine which is now. 3x/wk full-body workout plus 40+ miles of cardio. My diet is IN CHECK...VERY TIGHT.....but I need to knwo if t3 and ECA will help while I'm cutting down. I want to get to 8% or so before my next cycle. I won't start such a cycle unless I am lean as hell.

I use clen with t-3 and sometimes t-4 when cutting. It works great. I cant get a good eca stack here in Germany, but it burns fat like crazy when used with stacker 3 (which technically isn't an ECA stack anymore).

You need to drink a ton of water and go to a nearly all protein diet as t-3 burns protein like crazy. If you don't keep your protein up you'll burn away all your hard earned muscle.

Yeah, I was gonne do No Doz, baby aspirin and 25 mg Eph Hcl, but I like Stacker 3s (it's my caffeine in the morning) so I think i may just stack my Ephedrine and aspirin with that in the a.m. and after lunch.

you can go high protein high veggie diet, add fiber to your shakes, this will also help in conjunction to the other stuff he told you to do.

How is that over training? I am doing 2 full body work outs myself 1 lite 1 heavy. its barely working out,+ I ride my bike 50-70 miles per week. he is not trying to gain size, he is doing 3 circuits per week evenly spaced out + cardio. And all of his work outs are lite weight. he is not trying to be a big body builder, thats why I dont think he needs to waist his time with the roids. I think he should just get good sups and eat right and go for it. taking roids and his goals dont add up IMO. But var primo and t-3 clen would work good for his type of work outs.

Well I assumed by cardio, he meant jogging, which after 40 hours worth of it would eventually get pretty darn draining. If he meant bike/elliptical, then that's a different subject.

Not sure bro.... are you smoking pot? as i am not getting it? there is 24 hours in day... Squats take me about (just squats) about 20 min max. and thats 3 sets wide stance and 2 sets close stance. I am sorry maybe i am stoned I just dont get what your saying i dont see how he is having a problem with this work out, he has plenty of time its what he wants to do, and it seems to work for him? or maybe he is stoned? care to let us know?:).

AK...thanks for enlightening those around..

No, I'm not overtraining. I have in fact lost 2% bf, and before cycle, was running half-marathons. The 40 miles + is on the ellpitical, though. Knees are terrible-That's why I only do high rep hack squats, leg presses and so on. I'm adjusting my diet to :
2267 Cals
276 g protein
145g carbs
64.5g helathy fats..
(My BMR is 2767)

With that diet adjustment, I should drop the other 1-2%. Thanks for the concern about me overtraining, but I'm not. (that's a genuine thank you by the way.)

The initial question was if I would be cool to run t3 while on this program...I decided against it as to not chance losing muscle.

And yes, I've researched the SHIT out of rest and its importance...I understand. ...and on that note, I'm getting 8 solid hours a night....My life's on point.

PS--Anytime I say cardio I mean cardio(in a broad sense, not to include running) when I say jogging, I will mean jogging.
