Right now I lift 3 times a week.
- Legs
- Arms and back
- Chest and shoulders

When on juice, is it smart to train more than you usually do to get the biggest gains, or would that still cause over training just like it would normally?

Everyone has their opinions about over training. I don't buy that aspect of it, I do however believe in not getting enough rest to let thing grow and heal.

My opinion is to train just has hard while your off. Keep your clean food intake up, your protein as well as your other supps. The only thing that should change is the fact that you are off of the gear, that's it.

After you have some cycles under your belt and depending on your age, we can talk about the 10mg per morning dbol bridge.

But yes, train just has hard and get more rest. Your muscle grow when they are resting, not when they are being stimulated.

Gear will increase protein synthesis which will help you to recover quicker. On that note you could train more often. I might train longer while on, but I don't have the time to train more often (or I probably would).
