I have only tried Creatine and tribulus in the past.
I am 5'10 small built and would like to get BIG but safely(not too much side effects)
What do you guys recommend?
I was going to try prohormones for a start but a friend is telling me to go for deca and D-bol for 6 weeks instead of the prohormones.
Any suggestions.
P.S. : I would like to keep my hair;)

Regardless of your choice of whether or not to use gear, save your money and stay away from the pro-hormones....
If you are over 21/22 and have a couple years training experience, then I'd consider possibly hitting a cycle. If you wanted less sides and quality muscle gain, I'd recommend you do an 8 week cycle of Deca @300mg/wk and winny at 50mg/ed. The deca will give you solid mass gains, and the winny will give you a little mass, good strength and will combat any progesterone from the deca converting, therefore, it will keep you from bloating and / or gyno........
You really need to do a lot of research before you start introducing substances into your body. It will save you a lot of time and irritation in the long run, and will help you avoid damaging your health..... Just start reading the many pages of posts.... you will pick up little things here and there and learn as you read......

Because I keep on getting mixed warning and/or benefits.
Can you give me more details?
And if I was to try one cycle, what would the long term effect be on my body/health/sexlife! etc..

hey bro ,what he means by reading is , go to the bottom of the page and were it states search and do research on deca,winny,dbol,test ect.... and then read read read and read some more !!!! it will answer some stuff if not most. peace!

TS is right. I'm about to do my first cycle and I've been reading up on it for almost a year. If I'd have done what I was originally planning on doing a year ago, I wouldn't have got the results that I'm looking for. Now I'm more confident that I know what I'm getting myself in to.
