I'd stay away from the abombs.... no need for them your third cycle..... too harsh..... that's just my humble opinion.....

Are you saying you are taking 300mg/ 2x/wk for 600mg/wk deca? That's a lot of deca.... You better have more winny on hand to combat progesterone gyno..... I wouldn't take it for only 4 weeks....... Ya know, I swear either you asked this already the other day, or someone asked the same damn cycle..... Hmmmmmm.......... Anyhow, deca takes 4 weeks to get kicking good, so taking it for only 4 weeks is not the smartest design.....

300 mg of deca per week is enough. Titaniumspine is right that you may want to stay on it longer too as deca usually doesn't really kick in until the fourth or fifth week of use.

If your winstrol is tabs you'll want 50mg a day.
