ok fella's here it is , like i posted they other day in my cycle update I've gained 18 pounds in 7 weeks . When i stepped on the scales this week I hadn't gained anything. Until this point I was gaining 2-3 pounds a week. I've been taking 300mg of deca a week , 1 sus every 5 days and 200 mg of enenthate a week . Am i done growing or is there still hope ? I'm very satisfied with my results but would like to keep the gains comings. Any help and advice for putting on a few extra lbs would be great

Up your calories and eat more frequently. Every 2 hours have a meal and wake up in the middle of the night and down a protein shake.

Increase intesity in the gym, use drop sets, super sets, tiple sets or force reps.

Get more sleep. 8-10 hours every night and a 30minute nap in the middle of the day.

I garauntee youll pack more mass using these principals.

Don't weigh yourself weekly. Your water retention fluctuates, you bf could have dropped, and muscle replaced it, etc..... Better off taking pictures, sticking to your diet and lifting and eating big......
