I got some Halo and I guess that I never did ask the about the popular way to take this. They are 2.5 mg tabs and I am taking 20 mg a day, which is 8 tabs. I have been taking 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. Is this allright, or should I do it differen't? Also, should I chew them or is it okay jus tto swallow?

There is no need to chew, crush etc., Halo. I would spread out the dosage more though; say two every four hours. Halo has a fairly short half life and it will likely keep a more even level in your bloodstream.
