i just finished a deca dbol cycle 400mgs/wk deca and 50 mgs/day dbol 5 wks dbol 7wks deca. looking for 2nd cycle advice. i'm wondering if 500 sust and 400 deca is enough or should i bump to 750/600?? my stats are 5'10" 230lbs. 22yrs old only done the 1 cycle any advice appreciated..

500 test and 400 deca would be good for a second cycle. I'd add in dbol again, though 50mg a day is a bit high.
I would use:
Week 1-10 Sust 500mg / Deca 400mg
week 1-4 Dbol 35mg/day
Always have clomid and nolvadex

Okay, I like heavy cycles, so I would do the second with the higher dose levels. If you take the sust EOD, then you can maximize the benefit of the short lived prop. You could keep the Deca at 400 mg's, but if you bump it to 600, I would add winny to the cycle as a gyno blocker. In addition, get some nolvadex or arimidex just in case the test levels are high enough to start to be a problem with gyno as well.
