I have been lifting for five years, did 1 cycle of sust and equi standered stack, got to 205 kept about 10 pounds which was 195, recently I have been watching what I eat, mistake of not eating enough and I am down to about 183, but looking very good, upper body about the size of a solid 200 hundred pounder, I am 5"9 183, 18 inch arms, not sure about other stats, very thick chested but have chicken legs, funny thing is I have not lost any strength, I am still benching about 400 hundred, and I have been off about 8 months. Question I have what would be the most effective stack to cut and gain a little size, maybe 75mg of fina every other day, with 400 hundred equi, and 40 miligrams of anavar for ten weeks, or scrap the anavar and do winny, or should I blend some test in there, what do you feel is the most effective combination, all input is appreciated.

u could do
wks 1-6
75mg Tren EOD
100mg Prop EOD
50mg winni/ED
if you wanted to throw in some eq and/or anavar, you'd want to run them 10 wks with the tren/winni the last 6 wks

that's a good stack or this:
week 1-10 EQ(400,400,400,500,500,600,600,600,700,700)
week 1-6 Fina(75mg eod)
week 4-8 Suspension(100mg eod)
week 3-10 Winny(100mg eod)

Sorry to say but all 3 lifts run pretty much neck and neck.

Heh heh heh... well here it comes then. Fuck sakes man. I squat twice what I bench. At 165lbs I was squatting about what you are. Get in there and hit that squat rack man!!:p
