just wondering how much cardio you all do and how often..do you find that doing cardio limits your gains ie strenth?.
I Usually do cardio only once a week, either at the gym or i play squash.

Only on my off days....20-30 minutes 2-3 times a week

That's got to vary widely based on goals, current body composition and genetics.....

I'm with TS on that. also depends on how you react to the cycle you are on. my horse has been steadily losing fat, while still gaining muscle, and hasnt done any cardio.... :D

When did you see his horse, Tailyn? And TS is right, depends on your goals, genetics, etc. It's not the healthiest thing, but I shy away from all cardio in the off-season because my bodyweight has a hard time going up when I burn up the calories doing cardio. It all depends on you and the look your going for.

IT ALL DEPENDS. I AM GENETICALLY 'ONE FAT FUCK.' I AM CUTTING RIGHT NOW. NOT ONLY AM I DOING CARDIO 4 TIMES A WEEK AT 30-45 MINUTES, BUT I AM OFFICIATING BASKETBALL 5-6 NIGHTS PER WEEK. GOOD LUCK. IF I WAS NOT OFFICIATING BBALL, I WOULD HAVE TO DO 5 DAYS OF 45 MINUTES FOR SURE.
