Whats up with the se site i cant log on i try to it say forbidden. any one else having a problem with it

Ive had that problem before, but not having it right now.

I just tried and it gives me the same message, I was able to log on yesterday after 4 days of not being able to. :sniper

I have no idea whats going on but let me describe my problem with S.E.
I had a one month membership a while ago and when the server got transfered over to http://62.4.85.249 my account died. So I went to order a new account, for one year, being a dedicated loving user of this great web page. Well money transfer works, I get a receipt, and then thats it, it doesnt ask me for what i want my username to be, nothing. Now the MAIN problem I'm having is that when I try to access any member page I always get transfered to the wrong page, which is always on steroid-encyclopaedia.com. So, for example, I enter my username and password in and hit login, it takes me to a page unknown. Other people arnt experiencing this problem on their computers that I've talked to online. Ive deleted all old files, deleted cookies, made it so that cookies are always on, I've even installed opera, and it still does the same thing.
I have contacted the administrator about this problem, I've contacted various head people on the board about this, and for more then one and half weeks, after paying for a full year, I still have no service, no one telling me whats wrong with the service, no one even responding to my email. I dont know whats going on but I would really like to get back on the board.
If someone knows how to fix my browser or why the website is acting so strangly please tell me.
