Just about to try my very first bicep injection 1ml of suspension....
I'll let ya know how it went in a couple of minutes....

Went great bro's I used a 25g 5/8" needle I think a guy could even use a 1"
Did my left & right bicep...no more pain injecting than anywhere else...now i'am going to work my bi's & tri's and see what kinda pump i get...

so how was your pump after that....did it make a big difference...size ect...

I got a pretty good pump....lets just say when i had a shower after and went to wash my hair my arms were so pumped it was hard to bend them enough to scrub my head...lol

Although I now do have some redness on my right bicep, & it's still a little tender??? Kinda looks like a rash??? Prob nothing to worry about but i'll keep an eye on it.
My left bicep if fine, though.
