i've been training natural all along using creatine, glutamine, hmb, protein shakes and ZMA. My question is.... what should I keep taking when I go on my first cycle. I'm thinking creatine, ZMA, and protein shake. But i'm not sure about the ZMA; since it raises natural testostrone level, would it not cause a conflict with the roids i'm taking? I will also take vit&min, vit. C and E. Any comments would be great. Thanks.

Bro, I highly doubt ZMA is gonna raise your natural test. Zinc and Magnesium are just essential minerals, and it also contains Vitamin b-6. I wouldnt sweat it too much.

No "supplement" is going to truly elevate testosterone to a significant degree. AS is the only way to skyrocket the test levels. As for supplements to use I would recomend meal replacements/protein powder, multivitamin, creatine, flax oil, glutamine. Of course there are other things that would assist you, but those are the basics I use. Remember, the most important thing is to eat, eat, eat. Make sure you take in lots of protein, water, and keep the calories high. Good luck, bro.

to me it depends on your cycle

some staples to use are

multivitamin
milk thistle
creatine
protein whey
fiber pill (believe it or not when trying to cut i have known guys to use)

i hope this helps as the only supplements i would know to use regardless are creatine protein whey and multivitamin

Milk thistle is an herbal supplement to help your liver. Silymarin extract is the main ingredient.....

Run a few searches.... Lots of good info has been thrown on the table......

Chest brought up a great point---eat like a motherfucker. Remember, when you are on a AS cycle, its all about MAXIMIZING your gains, and eating a shitload in addition to supplements will aide in that aspect. You spent alot of $$, so why not get the most out of your cycle?....

I'd go with what Chesty said............ My God did I just say that, LOL!!!!

BTW, the only way Zinc and Magnesium raise Test levels is if your levels are lowered because your deficient in those minerals. Thats what the studies showed years ago, but of course the supplement companies extracted what they wanted from the studies and used it to sell more of their products!!!
