Hey this forum might b e one of the best forums out there. ive got so much help and now i actually know some stuff. i was juist wondering what is good to eat and what is not good to eat when im starting my cycyle on sust.. i know you have to drink a ton of water... what do you guys eat and drink?

good wholesome foods such as: turkey, chicken, beef, rice, veggies, potatoes, pasta, salmon, tuna, etc...you get the point

the biggest thing to remember is to stay away from the worthless carbs such as sugar and junkfood.

make sure that you get a good portion of protein, carbs, and good fats (i.e. - monounsaturated) at every meal when bulking....eat 4-6 times a day and spread them out to where you would be eating every 2-3 hours....a good rule of thumb: if you let yourself get hungry, you aren't providing enough nutrients for your body to be in a positive muscle-building state.

i usually eat 4-5 solid meals a day and drink 1-2 MRP's....that would come out to 6 meals a day when i'm bulking.

ok hows fruits. i like apples and bananas..haha.. for breakfast i usually eat cereal or 3 egg whites. lunch i usually make a sandwich and dinner i either eat chicken, rice, or steak.. how dat sound

Seriously...... Yesterday, you were PM'ing me, cuz you didn't know what sust was. then you said you could get winny, deca or dbol. Now today you are on a sust cycle already?????? You are just asking for problems........

Many people use aas and report no problems, but if you don't know what you are doing, you're likely to mess yourself up. If you are 19, don't touch! Even if you seem fine after the cycle... You will likely have ramifications down the road from the wrong or excess strains on your system now...... It's not worth it if you aren't going to do it right........

nono i havent started it yet, heck i dont even have it yet, but it seems to be my best bet so far. im still researching and askin around

Not newbie bashing, but DO NOT POST THE SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER IN DIFFERENT FORUMS ON THE SAME BOARD!

1. it is a waste of space

2. all the bro's on the board have access to the forums, so if they read one, they will read the other. Post it in the appropriate forum ONCE, and that's it.

3. Besides being annoying and making people ignore it, it wastes the time of other board members. If you post a question 3 diff. places. We cannot see what has already been said, so many will waste time typing a reply that has already been stated. You will get more concise and better info with ONE thread on each topic.

Pete all I have to say is that shit ass diet of yours is why you can't gain any weight. I don't want to come across like a prick but everyone reading your posts gave you solid advice about how to eat for gains and then you ask us if eating around 1500cals is going to be enough. Try taking the diet advice we gave you and you will gain weight for sure, there is no doubt about it.

hey pette...IMO, if you're gonna be on a sust cycle it's for a bulking right? you want to add mass? Then just eat everything you see. Worry about fat loss later. Fat is easy to lose, and muscle is hard to gain. Take advantage of the sust and don't let it go to waste by under-eating. Eat till the cows are GONE!!!! LOL

yeah, nationals is awesome! I'm at OSU (in ohio, not oklahoma) It's fuckin awesome to see all those hot assed chicks...and the best part is that most of the drool over YOU!! LOL it's the greatest!

yeah i was on the last national team from USC to go, its been 2 years since they went...coaches there suck, and all my fringe benefits from the ladies were quickly fading cause i gotta reputation after going through about 5 of the girls...HAHA!
