Hey everyone,

I've been looking into possibly starting to use a NO supplement, but the problem is that there are just so many out that it's really hard to discern which products are decent and which ones are junk! I'm afraid to ask a salesman at a GNC/nutrition store because they might just attempt to sell you the highest-priced product they have in stock. I've heard about all the different varieties, brands, etc. but I'm having the hardest time finding any good literature/reviews/user opinions online. Some of the questions I have are:
1) Do they really work?
2) Are the pill forms more effective than the powdered versions?
3) Are they only effective for pumps? Some people say they don't feel any stronger after using them.
4) Safe?
5) What is (generally) the most-well received product on the market?

It's so damn confusing! I have a good friend who swears by Universal Animal Pump, but NO-Xplode has a good reputation, there are all the different pills like NO2, naNOx9, NOx3, and someone in GNC showed me that MuscleTech has a new product out called Nano Vapor.

I'm not gonna waste time ranting, I'm sure you all know where I'm coming from. PLEASE HELP!

I guess what I should have also added was:

Are there other good alternatives? If NO products are shit, what other supplements other than protein should I be purchasing?

Try Dymatize Expand w/o caffeine. Or Super Pump 250 by Gaspari. Those are pretty good products. You could always add in some bulk AEE with OEE to give it a boost.

I really liked Cold Fusion EX from LG sciences. I don't respond well to creatine alone, but really got good pumps and strength with this product. better than other creatine no2 products I've tried. They also have a spray on, localized version called no infuse. I love it cause it seems to really bring that blood flow pump to the areas I'm trying to hit. Probably can find them online. The supplement shop near here that carried it closed.:)
