In the NCAA, we're not aloud to take ephedrine or high doses of caffeine. How long would it take for these ingredients to get out of my system, so not to test positive, if I were to take Hydroxy Cut or make my own thermogenic mix?

2-3 days for the ephedrine depending on how much water you drink per day. Don't worry about the caffeine. Also don't forget that if you go out for a lond night of drinking, and they call you for a test the next day and that shows up you are also screwed royally.....

I used to get tested for the sport i was in and the way they did it was to call you at like 5 or 6am and you would have to come in and take a whizz quiz, they did it so early to get you for the alcohol also.

ephedrine like methamphetamine and caffiene generally take 48 hours to clear the system.........and thats the truth........drink 1-2gallons of water a day for 3 days and youll be fine.
