Glucosamine & Chondrotin
A multi vitamin (mega men now)
I want to try some no xplode
Of course some good protein, I use maximum protein from GNC but I dont know whats the best
and then also whatever you freaks recommend I'll probly use
the glucosamne I use now is kinda expensive and calls for three pills per day
Is there something as good smaller dose?
