I know so many people who supplement but eat like complete shit. sleepx2 03-02-2002, 06:33 PM here where i am at tuna cans are cheap... most of the time .50 cents a can. skim milk is like $2.40 for a gallon and eggs are like 2.30 for like 2 dozen in bulk. not too expensive of a meal. hard boiled eggs... yum! clay |
