Hey bros I'm looking for the best hair removal cream. I read sometime back in a thread about some stuff called hair be gone or hair no more, really not sure about the name. I did the search but couldn't find it so I thought I'd go ahead and ask. Anyway I don't want to shave or wax, but I heard there's some stuff out there like nair that actually works. Does anyone know of a type of cream that's worth the money and can be bought at a regular store like walmart or target?

I dont think any of that cream really works that good...plus it burns the hell outta me and leaves red rash kinda spots...

I think you best bet is to get an electric shaver/trimmer. I have one and it rocks...shaves really close with the trimmer, and if you use the shaver its like a shave with minimal to no razor burn at all. Its also quick. Thats what I do. I just save my chest, arms with it. Cream takes to long cause you have to wait like 20 minutes for the stuff to work, then it burns....then your skin feels itchy and red for a while...not worth it in my book.

But to answer your question...I don't know. I just tried Nair and it sucked! So I guess i will bump this for ya for some more answers :D

Thanks 5th. I figured it would be slim pickings, but if all else fails I'll use my mach 3. Hell I only shave my face about twice a week if that. I guess having a baby face pays off lol. Never hurts to ask though

If your gonna go with the razor then let me give some advice so you don't go gettin major razor burn.

First, shave in the shower.

Second, use a good soap, not shave cream.

Third, go with the grain, that will get you pretty close. If you want closer then go against the grain AFTER you went with it first.

Fourth, Go slow and take your time, IMPORTANT!

Fifth(hehe), Get a good moisturizer or some aloe lotion to smother on the shaved areas after you get out the shower.

Thats what I have done everytime I used to shave with the razor...and thats the most comfortable, painless way to do it IMO.

Bodyhair sucks:2fingers And if you can't tell I have done this process a few times

I know it's painful as hell, but it works very well! "Epilator" by remington, the first time you use it you will think what kind of torture is this?, but after that it's painless!! (plus the hair stays away for about 3 weeks!)

Do you ever get ingrown hairs with that? Mine (the stronger, darker ones) tend to snap below the surface and become ingrown, if I wax them for example......

Hey thanks bros I'm gonna look into both of those. I knew you guys would come through.

Funny thing is we're talking hair removal and not one woman responded. That doesn't mean anything...........................does it? lol

Thanks again guys.

I've been using the hair no more off and on for about 3 months and I can tell you that when you use it consisitenly, it takes 3-4 weeks for the stuff to come back and it comes back less and less each time. I'm at the point now, that I hardly have any body hair anymore. I wasn't very hairy to begin with, but it takes a long ass time for me to start seeing any sort of hair again.

There is a new treatment that PERMANENTLY kills hair at the root and it doesn't grow back. It uses a laser and can do a large area quickly. IE, your whole back in 40 min. You need 3 treatments per area and it's expensive as hell right now. $200/treatment for arm pits, $750/ treatment for the whole back. It's a permanent fix though... Just the same, I'll wait for the price to come down...

Being as I may be the hairest mo-fo on the board, I'd thought I would share with you that lasers are not worth it at all. went through that, had electroylsis, and the various whole nine yards for the past 7 years. Stick with the wax...hurts, but gets easier and the hair takes a bit to come back. There is also prescription "Vanquia" for women's faces, so that may become big for our needs, as soon as the price dips and it is proven effective. You can get it w/o script on line with the cyber pharms like cvs.com, etc...

Bobafet, you sure you are talkin' bout the same thing... This isn't electrolysis. I watched them perform the procedure, and with three treatments to do your back it would run you $2,250.... Did you pay that? It's a relatively new procedure.......
